I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the Government of Natal proposes to introduce a Bill to control Indian immigration during the coming session; and whether or not in such Bill it is proposed to cancel the licences of Arab traders ten years hence, the State compensating the losers of such licences.
