HC Deb 04 May 1908 vol 187 cc1621-2
MR. SLOAN (Belfast, S.)

To ask the Postmaster-General whether, in view of his statement that all questions relating to increase of pay to adult night messengers had been settled, he can explain why it has not yet been put into operation.

(Answered by Mr. Sydney Buxton.) As I stated on 11th March, the revision is being carried out, and, as regards Ireland, it is practically completed. It has necessarily taken some time to carry through.
