NIELD (Middlesex, Ealing)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether he will state the numbers of the three effective old first-class torpedo boats which have been re-boilered with boilers of water-tube type in lieu of those of locomotive type with which they were originally fitted, and the numbers of the remainder of the boats which are to be 73 re-boilered in a similar manner in the near future.
