To ask the Chief Secretary of the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if the document of 11th September, in reference to the Glenahiery outrage, or any draft of it, was read, either by, or in the presence of, the Inspector-General, the Under-Secretary, and the Law Officers, before it was signed by District-Inspector Preston.
