§ LORD BALCARRESI beg to ask the Secretary of State for War if; in the event of men joining the Territorial Army who have served in His Majesty's regular forces, such service, whether wholly or in part, may be reckoned towards service in the Territorial Force, and thereby count towards any medal or decoration?
