I beg to ask the Prime Minister if he will state on what date the Port of London Bill will be introduced.

I hope on Thursday.

No. It will be brought in under the Ten Minutes rule.

asked whether it was fitting that so important a Bill, involving £25,000,000, should be introduced under this rule.

MR. ASQUITH

There will be very ample opportunity to consider the Bill and discuss it on Second Reading.
