§ MR. BOLANDI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland, whether the Estates Commissioners propose to acquire under the provisions of the Evicted Tenants Act, the six evicted untenanted farms on the unsold portion of the Warden estate, 1589 near Sneem, County Kerry, seeing that the evicted tenants are ready to occupy them.
§ MR. CHERRYThe Estates Commissioners inform me that there are only three evicted tenants from the Warden estate for whom the Commissioners intend to provide holdings if possible. In one of these cases, the evicted farm is in the occupation of another tenant. In the two remaining cases the Commissioners have not yet considered the question of compulsorily acquiring the holdings.
