I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade when the Committee appointed to consider the All Red Route reported to the Government; and if he will lay the Report or such portion of it as may be published without prejudice to the public interest.

No report has yet been made by the informal Committee referred to. The Committee have not as yet received any formal proposals from the Dominions interested.
