§ Mr. O'SHAUGHNESSYTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland, if he can say whether the Estates Commissioners have entered into negotiations with Colonel Dickson for the for the purchase of his untenanted lands at Creeves, Shanagolden, in the County of Limerick; and, if so, whether any agreement has been arrived at.
(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estate Commissioners are negotiating with Colonel W. D. Dickson for the purchase of about 286 acres of untenanted land in the townland of Lackanagoneeny; but the lands of Creeves do not appear to be included in the property offered for sale.
