FLYNN (Cork, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant 1414 of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have taken any recent steps towards negotiating for the purchase of the estate of Mrs. Hegarty, Clonbanin, Bantur, county Cork, and, if so, with what result; and, in view of the fact that the holding from which Mr. O'Driscoll, whose present representative is John O'Driscoll, was evicted is now in the landlord's own possession, the Commissioners will proceed to exercise the powers vested in them by the Evicted Tenants Act, 1907, with the object of reinstating the evicted tenant?
