And, also, a Bill, intituled, "An Act to make provision with reference to the registration under the Companies Acts, 1862 to 1907, of the Norwich Union Fire Insurance Society as a limited company, and the alteration of its constitution, the extension of its objects and business, and the sub-division of its shares, by substituting a memorandum and articles of association for its deed of settlement and existing laws and regulations, and for the repeal of the Norwich Union Fire Insurance Society's Act, 1897; and for other purposes."
