GLADSTONEThe Answer is in the negative; but I may add that the question of what is the precise meaning of the provision in the Sale of Intoxicating Liquors to Children Act, 1901, with regard to corked and sealed vessels is about to be submitted by way of special case for the decision of the High Court of Justice.
