MR. WEIR (Ross and Cromarty)

I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether he has received a copy of a resolution passed at a recent meeting at Ness, Stornoway, Island of Lewis, representing 4,000 inhabitants of the Ness district, and pressing for the construction of a road between Tolsta and Ness; and will he state what action it is proposed to take in the matter.
