HC Deb 24 March 1908 vol 186 cc1219-20
MR. MORTON (Sutherland)

I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether he can yet say when the Education (Scotland) Bill will be introduced; and whether he is aware that all parties are agreed that there should be legislation on this matter this session of Parliament.

MR. SINCLAIR

I can only refer my hon. friend to my reply of 19th March to the Question of the hon. Member for Glasgow and Aberdeen Universities, to the effect that I hope to be able to make a definite statement upon this point before Easter. I note my hon. friend's opinion as to the attitude of all parties upon this subject.
