To ask the Postmaster-General whether he can arrange, in the case of long-distance telephone calls, that a second call, or extension of the time for speaking, can be allowed at less than double of the original fee, as the very short time allowed

were informed in December, 1907, that the legality of the co-option would not be pressed and that the co-opted persons had agreed not to act.
