I bog to ask the Prime Minister whether the Government can see its way to making some provision for Dr. Hall Edwards, whose sufferings in the cause of science and for the benefit of humanity are known to all.

The hon. Member's suggestion has been anticipated by my right hon. friend, on whoso advice the King has been pleased to confer a Civil List pension of £120 upon Dr. Hall Edwards from 1st April last.
