§ MR. HOLT (Northumberland, Hexham)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether the tugs "Grappler" and "Robust" are intended solely for towing purposes; if not, for what other purposes it is intended to use them; and whether they are being fitted with fire extinguishing or salvage appliances.
