§ MR. BELLAIRSI beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether the Admiralty have yet paid their contribution to the scheme for supplying Rosyth with fresh water; and, if not, whether he can state when it is due and what it the total liability.
§ MR. EDMUND ROBERTSONThe new water scheme is not yet complete and no payment is due. The liability will be, approximately, £3,000 a year for forty years from the date when the supply begins.
