Mr. MOONEY reported from the Committee on Group A of Private Bills; That the parties promoting the Glyncorrwg Urban District Council Bill had stated that the evidence of Dr. William Williams, Medical Officer of Health, Cardiff, and Isaac Davies, of Abergwynfi, Schoolmaster, was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that their attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Dr. William Williams and Isaac Davies do attend the said Committee To-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.

Ordered, That the said Dr. William Williams and the said Isaac Davies do attend the Committee on Group A of Private Bills To-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the Clock.
