WILLIAM REDMOND () Clare, E.To ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies if he will, for the general information of Members, make a statement showing the original cost, the present earnings, and financial position of the Australian and New Zealand State Railways, showing also the amount derived by the States from the railways over and above the interest paid on cost of construction and working.
