§ MR. HALDANEThe Question apparently refers to the Annual Report of His Royal Highness as Inspector-General of the Forces. May I refer the hon. Baronet to the decision of the right hon. Gentleman, my predecessor, explained to the House on 15th March, 1905, that the Annual Report of the Inspector-General of the Forces would not be published—a decision with which I entirely agree?
