BRIDGEMAN (Shropshire, Oswestry)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War if the penalties prescribed in the Territorial and Reserve Forces Act still remain in force with respect to enlistments in the Territorial Army; and if the revised attestation form does or does not convey any actual change in the provisions of the Army Act so far as they apply to the Territorial Forces.
