HC Deb 16 March 1908 vol 186 c177
MR. DUFFY (Galway, S.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether in regard to the case of Mr. Henry O'Flanagan, an evicted tenant on the Blake-Foster estate, now Scottish National Assurance Company, Kinvana, County Galway, negotiations were opened two years ago by the Commissioners with a view to his reinstatement; and whether they will now state when Mr. O'Flanagan's case is likely to be dealt with.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have inquired into the claim of Henry O'Flanagan, and have referred his case to their inspector with the object of providing him with a holding if possible.
