§ MR. STAVELEY HILL (Staffordshire, Kingswinford)To ask the Secretary of State for War whether he can state how many of the men employed at the Royal Gunpowder Factory at Waltham Abbey have had their wages reduced since 1st 1732 May, 1906, and the amount of the reduction.
