HICKS BEACHTo ask the Secretary of State for War if he will state what will be the position of officers of cadet battalions after 1st April; will they be given commissions in the Territorial Force and thereby become liable for service away from their units in times of emergency; or will they be given honorary commissions and only be called upon to serve with their cadet battalions.
