SIR BERKELEY SHEFFIELD (Lincolnshire, Brigg)

To ask the Secretary of State for India whether any decision has been come to as to the ultimate positions that the members of the Imperial Cadet Corps are to fulfil; are they to be appointed permanently to a regiment; and, if so, what are their prospects.

(Answered by Mr. Secretary Morley.) The Government of India have not yet submitted a definite scheme for the employment of officers commissioned from the Imperial Cadet Corps.
