SEAVERNS (Lambeth, Brixton)To ask the Postmaster-General whether he can state the number of telegraphists of both sexes who, on 31st December, 1907, possessed the increment for a knowledge of technical telegraphy; and whether he can state the number of telegraphists of both sexes who were eligible to obtain it.
