§ LORD ROBERT CECILI beg to ask the President of the Board of Education whether the Board have received any reply from the Swansea local authority to the Board's letter of the 10th February, which requested the local authority for a prompt reply with reference to the teachers' salaries in the Oxford Street School; and, if not, what steps he proposes to take.
