§ MR. MACKARNESSI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he can state the proportion of compensation money, under the Licensing Act, 1904, which, up to the end of 1907, has gone to the licensees as compared with that which has gone to the other parties interested.
§ MR. GLADSTONEOf the total compensation money paid in the year 1906, the licensees received 11.22 per cent.; and in 1907 the proportion was 10.93 per cent. The figures are not available for 1905.
