§ MR. SINCLAIRThe Inverness-shire County Council have been good enough to furnish me with further Papers, which I propose to include with the Papers to be laid. I have intimated this to the county council in order that if the documents have not already been published their consent to publication may be given. Otherwise the Papers are quite ready.
