Mr. SPEAKER laid upon the Table Report from one of the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, That, in the case of the following Bill, referred on the First Reading thereof, Standing Orders 62 and 67 have not been complied with, viz.:—Mullingar, Kells, and Drogheda Railway Bill.

Ordered, That the Report be referred to the Select Committee on Standing Orders.

Madras Railway Company (Annuities) Bill.—Read the third time, and passed.
