To ask the Secretary of State for War if he will state on what grounds the pension of Daniel Harvey, No. 3732, West Kent Regiment, amounting to £2 10s., in January 1906 was stopped for alleged failure to attend ball-firing practice 120 miles away from his home in time was stopped, whereas a man named Hickey, of the Grenadier Guards, who travelled with him on the same train, and was equally late, had his pension paid to him; and will he now direct that this man's pension be paid to him.
