§ * SIR GEORGE SCOTT ROBERTSON (Bradford, Central)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty if there is an Order in Council, dated the 11th July, 1905, whereby a lieutenant in the Royal Naval Reserve was transferred to the permanent list of the Royal Navy; and, if so, has he any objection to its being published.
§ Mr. EDMUND ROBERTSONAn Order in Council of the 11th July, 1905, empowers the Admiralty to transfer to the active list lieutenants in the Royal Naval Reserve who particularly distinguish themselves while employed in the Fleet. I shall be happy to send a copy of the Order to the hon. Gentleman if he desires it.
