reported from the Committee on Group C of Private Bills: That the parties promoting the Swinton and Mexbrough Gas Bill had stated that the evidence of William Brock Keen, of 23, Queen Victoria Street, in the city of London, was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that his attendance-could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said William Brock Keen do attend the said Committee on Monday next, at half-past Eleven of the Clock.

Ordered, That William Brock Keen do attend the Committee on Group C of Private Bills on Monday next, at half-past Eleven of the Clock.
