§ Mr. MOONEY (Newry)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether any bye-laws have been issued under Section 15 of The Local Government (Ireland) Act, 1902; and, if so, whether he will lay a Copy of such by-laws upon the Table of this House.
(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) I would refer the hon. Member to page 11 of the Appendix to the Report of the Local Government Board for the year ended March 1903 (Cd. 201–2 of Session 1904), 862 which contains a copy of the bye-laws made in pursuance of the section referred to in the Question.
