I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland whether it is his intention to introduce this session a Bill to amend the Local Government (Scotland) Act, 1889.

MR. SINCLAIR

I am unable now to give any undertaking on this point though I hope the introduction of such a Bill may be possible. If the hon. Gentleman will be good enough to repeat his Question shortly before Easter I will endeavour then to give him a definite reply.
