RUTHERFORD (Middlesex, Brentford)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, in view of the fact that Egypt is still without a modern University, he will urge upon the Government of His Highness the Khedive the imperative need of establishing such a University without further delay.
