To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners have considered the claim sent in by Hugh Hanly, Court Lane, Athenry, for restoration to the holding out of which his father was evicted some years ago on the Faucett estate, in the Roscommon Union; and what action do they propose to take in the matter.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners have not yet considered the application in question. It was received subsequent to 1st May, 1907, and will be considered with due regard to the priority of applications received before that date.
