§ SIR THOMAS ESMONDE (Wexford, N.)To ask the Secretary to the Admiralty what steps the Government propose to take to assist the National Lifeboat Association in the discharge of its duties for the saving of life at sea, in view of the abolition of the coastguard service and the closing of the coastguard stations.
