FFRENCH (Wexford, S.)To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if the Estates Commissioners have been in communication with Benjamin Radford, Gurtienminogue, with reference to his holding; did the offer to advance £315 to enable him to purchase his holding from Mrs. Richards, Gurtienminogue; and can he say why the sale has not been carried out.
