I beg to ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether his attention has been called to the increasing traffic in arms, which has its headquarters at Muscat; and whether this subject will be discussed at the Arms Conference at Brussels.

The question of the traffic in arms at Muscat has already formed the subject of discussion at the Conference on the Arms Traffic now sitting at Brussels, and is still under consideration.
