HC Deb 29 June 1908 vol 191 c341
MR. O'SHAUGHNESSY (Limerick, W.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if he can say why the Estates Commissioners have decided to take no action in reference to the reinstatement of James Murphy, of Croughteeri, near Feenagh, in his holding from which he was evicted by Deane Skelton; and is he entitled to the benefit of the Irish Land Act, 1903, in this respect.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners inform me that they have nothing to add to the reply given to the hon. Member's previous Question on this subject on the 24th instant.
