REES (Montgomery Boroughs)To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the Government has information to the effect that the Porte has pledged, as security for the Government bonds with which payment is to be made for four additional sections of the Bagdad railway, the ceded revenues administered by the Public Debt Commission, which will again come under the control of the Sultan's Government in 1913.
