§ MR. REES (Montgomery Boroughs)To ask the Prime Minister whether the receipt and consideration of the Report of the Welsh Church Commission is a necessary preliminary to the introduction of a measure dealing with the disestablishment of the Church in Wales.
(Answered by Mr. Asquith.) The Government hope that this Report may soon be in their hands, but they could not bind themselves to postpone making their proposals until after the Report is received.
