PATRICK O'BRIEN (Kilkenny)I beg to ask the Prime Minister whether he will consider the desirability of meeting the convenience of Members by arranging that the House shall not sit on Fridays during the proposed autumn session except and until it is found that the full day sittings of Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are not likely to afford sufficient time for the completion of the business of the House before the date for ending the session.
