HC Deb 31 July 1908 vol 193 c1964
MR. WILLIAM ABRAHAM (Cork County, N.E.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Estates Commissioners can now see their way to reconsider their decision to take no action in the matter of the reinstatement of Mr. James Sisk in his former holding on the Fleury estate, Glenwood, County Cork, seeing that the planter, Mr. Michael Walsh, has surrendered the holding and the landlord is willing to reinstate the evicted tenant.

(Answered by Mr. Birrell.) The Estates Commissioners inform me that they are not aware of any change in the circumstances of this case since I answered the hon. Member's Question of 13th instant. The Commissioners will, however, communicate with the owner on the subject.
