FELL (Great Yarmouth)I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies if he can give particulars of any case in which work which was being done on the Rand and mines by Chinese coolies, since repatriated, is now being performed by white labour; and, if no such particulars are available at the Colonial Office, will he make inquiries from the Transvaal Government if there are any such cases.
