§ MR. WHITEHEADTo ask the Secretary of State for War whether any several and private rights of fishery now exist over any, and what, part of the foreshore belonging to the War Office in the parishes of Foulness, Shoebury, Great Wakering, or Southchurch; and whether any such rights have by conveyance become vested in the Crown, and, if so, over what part of the said foreshore.
(Answered by Mr. Secretary Haldane.) I am not in a position to answer the 1736 hon. Member's Question without some investigation, and I will let him have a written reply in due course.
