§ MR. WALSHI beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether his attention has been drawn to the remarks of Mr. Justice Swinfen 1759 Eady in the case of the International Securities Corporation, Limited, on 23rd July, wherein he described the company as carrying on a business of a peculiarly mischievous character by illegal and fraudulent means, and tempting poor people to part with sums of money by means of seductive and attractive advertisements, and expressed the opinion that the company ought to be wound up at once; and what steps, if any, the Board proposes to take in the matter.
