HC Deb 29 July 1908 vol 193 c1477
MR. WEIR

To ask the Prime Minister, having regard to the fact that the Small Landholders (Scotland) Bill is not to be proceeded with, will he state whether the Government propose to make any further effort during the present Parliament to amend the Crofters Act, and so give effect to the repeated pledges of the late Prime Minister and members of the present Government.

(Answered by Mr. Sinclair.) I am not at present able to add anything to what I have already said on behalf of the Government luring this session upon this subject.
